TV Repair Service - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to tvrepair.in. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Our Services:

* tvrepair.in provides doorstep repair services for all types of televisions (LCD, LED, Plasma, Smart TVs) in Patna and its surrounding areas.

* Our service includes diagnosis of the TV issue and necessary repairs performed at the customer's location.

2. Visit Charge and Diagnosis Process:

* A visit charge of ₹200 is levied for the inspection and diagnosis of the TV issue. This charge covers the technician's travel and time.

This visit charge remains valid for 10 days* from the date of diagnosis.

* Initial Estimate: After the TV inspection, you will be provided with an estimated (approximate) cost for the repair. Due to the nature of electronics, the final cost can only be fully clarified upon completion of the actual repair. However, efforts will be made to keep the final cost as close as possible to the initial estimate.

If the customer decides to proceed with the repair within 10 days of the diagnosis, the ₹200 visit charge will be adjusted against the total repair cost*. If the customer does not proceed with the repair or the issue is not repairable, the visit charge is non-refundable.

3. Payment:

* Payment is accepted only after the repair service is complete, the TV is fully functional, and you are satisfied with the repair.

* Do not make any advance payment to any technician until the work is complete and you have received a receipt.

* Payment can be made in cash or via other accepted digital methods, as informed by the technician.

4. Re-Visit Fee Policy:

Following the completion of a repair, if the same issue or a malfunction in the repaired part occurs within 10 days* from the date of repair (and is covered under warranty), we will not charge any additional visit fee for the re-visit.

* However, if:

The customer experiences the same issue* or a problem with the repaired part more than 10 days after the repair (even if still within warranty).

Or, if a new, unrelated issue* arises with the TV, irrespective of the warranty period.

* In both these scenarios, a re-visit charge of ₹200 will be applicable. This fee covers the technician's travel and time for the subsequent visit.

5. Our Warranty Policy:

* We are committed to providing quality service to our customers. Warranty is provided on the repairs performed and parts replaced by us, subject to the following terms:

* Warranty Period: The warranty period may vary, typically from one month to six months, depending on the specific service provided and the type of part replaced. The exact warranty period will be specified in writing on your service receipt.

* Warranty Coverage: The warranty is applicable only for the repair or replacement of the exact same part that was previously replaced or repaired by our technician, or for recurrence of the exact same issue that was fixed. The warranty specifically covers electronic failures directly related to our work or the replaced part.

* What is NOT Covered Under Warranty (Warranty Void): The warranty will be void and will not cover issues arising from:

* Burned parts: If TV parts are burned due to external reasons (e.g., power surge, faulty wiring, over-voltage).

* External cause damage: Such as damage due to lightning, fire, water ingress, pest infestation, or any other external unforeseen event.

* Physical damage: Such as a broken TV, cracked screen, panel damage, or any type of physical wear and tear or accidental damage after our repair.

* Liquid damage: Damage caused by the entry of any liquid inside the TV.

* Intentional damage: If the TV is intentionally damaged by the customer or a third party.

* Unauthorized Repair: If the TV has been opened, repaired, or tampered with by any other person or unauthorized technician after our repair.

* How to Claim Warranty: In case of any issue within the warranty period that is covered under warranty, please contact us immediately at our official contact number. You must present the original bill/receipt provided by us to claim the warranty.

6. Important Security Guidelines and Communication:

* Service Confirmation: Unless you confirm the service by speaking to us on our official number: +91 9204713467, it will not be considered that you have availed service from tvrepair.in. All service-related communication and appointment confirmations will be made exclusively through this number.

* *Technician Verification: * Before allowing any technician to work or making any payment, please confirm their identity by contacting our official number: *+91 9204713467. **We will provide written confirmation via WhatsApp* that the concerned person is our authorized technician. Without this written confirmation, our company will not take any responsibility for any work or transaction.

* *TV Handling: * We do not "receive" or take away any TVs. All our services are provided at the customer's home, in their presence. If any individual claiming to be our technician asks you to hand over the TV or demands immediate payment, please immediately contact our helpline number: +91 9204713467 to confirm.

* Beware of Unauthorized Individuals: If you hand over the TV or make payment to any individual without confirmation from our official number (+91 9204713467), our company will not bear any responsibility. We will not be liable for any such unauthorized transactions or damages.
